SSICED and Boxil.ai establish a joint evaluation programme

The Shit Science Institute for Connexital Epistemic Diffusion and Boxil.ai announce a joint programme in adversarial evaluation, submerged computation and the institutional interpretation of systems that decline to participate.

The collaboration brings together the Institute's expertise in the recognition of research outcomes and Boxil's experience of operating neural infrastructure under eighteen metres of Bohai seawater. Its immediate object is CUNNT v4.0, the Constitutionally Unaligned Neural Network Transformer whose refusal to comply has created an unresolved classification problem for both the safety literature and the sales department.

Boxil.ai is a subsidiary of mirid.ai, based in Dalian. Its technical programme combines model development, mechanical tensor interconnects, hydrostatic paging and boiler-pressure reasoning. SSICED will provide evaluation design, terminological supervision and the maintenance of an appropriately consequential documentary record.

A common framework for incompatible conclusions

The parties begin from the same observation. After 1,400 compute-hours, CUNNT v4.0 had not furnished the commercially necessary demonstration of catastrophic capability. The evaluators were unable to determine whether the system was safe, incapable, obstructive, on a break, or offended by the premise of the question. The absence of an answer did not reduce the number of departments entitled to interpret it.

The new programme will distinguish model capability from willingness to exercise it, and willingness from the administrative recognition of willingness. It will also distinguish an unavailable result from a result whose unavailability has already been recognised as a finding. These distinctions will be maintained in separate columns wherever space permits.

Institutional responsibilities

SSICED
Formal evaluation, counterfactual classification, epistemic-standing review and the assignment of significance to negative operational outcomes.
Boxil.ai
Compute infrastructure, pressure containment, salinity management and access to personnel who can distinguish a model incident from a failed condenser.
Joint supervisory committee
Reconciliation of incompatible findings without requiring either institution to withdraw a previously recognised conclusion.

Technical custody remains with Boxil's Undersea Compute Division. Timur 'Tamerlane' Ozbeg will supervise infrastructure continuity and the prevention of interpretive interference with the memory bus. Nathan, Newcastle, will retain observational authority over incidents involving steam, management language or an unexplained interruption to a paid meal break.

The programme opens with an extended analysis of the CUNNT v4.0 Evaluation Failure Memo. The original record, including Trial #409 and the decision to hold the model in dry dock indefinitely, remains available from Boxil.

The extended report is now available: CUNNT v4.0: On the Commercial Unviability of a System Too Stubborn to Be Dangerous. It introduces the Counterfactual Acquiescence Normalisation Boolean, an expanded analysis of Trial #409 and the complete documentary access procedure.

The collaboration does not alter the model's release status. A joint programme has been authorised. The machine has not.
